The project

The Aura Park investment consists of eight enclosed and guarded residential towers located in Warsaw’s Miasteczko Wilanów. As a part of four stages of construction, approximately one thousand apartments with a total floor area of 22 089 m² will be built.

We are glad to inform that the procedures at C2 building in Aura Park project is now cmplete. From mid December it is officially ready to live-in.

The Estate

The estate is distinguished by high standard workmanship (wooden window frames, antiburglar doors, staircases finished with stone, aluminum and wood) and a friendly infrastructure (lots of greenery and playgrounds). Each of the apartments has a floor area between 46 and 146 m² and each has its own balcony, terrace or garden.

The Works

In March 2008 Mill-Yon Company finished the first stage of the investment consisting of 278 apartments and six business establishments. At present two stages of Aura Park estate have been completed. Sales of third stage continues and the fourth shate is being built.
